Over the last couple of years , this, my local Tesco express has had numerous problems with their fridge and freezer units ,nThis has resulted in thousands of pounds worth of stock being thrown in the skip ,nThis is a huge waste not to mention the probability that this has resulted in prices skyrocketing in this store , it would have been cheaper to replace said fridge and freezer units compared to the cost of the wastage ,this is supposed to be a convenience store , not an inconvenience store , today I popped in for some essentials only to find every fridge and freezer empty ,
Fridges and freezers always empty. Staff behind the check out talk for ages to customers they know so people are waiting on a queue for ages waiting to pay for their items. Extremely slow service
Having to stand in a long que just to have a parcel scanned; while there are staff free to do a 30 second job. They need more staff on the till to help out.
I found dead spider in a item and it was in the packs of cookies which one of my family members nearly ate which I find disgustingnI will check inside the items u buy
I use this store regularly and have not had any issues. Most days there is no queue and they have a really good range for the size of the shop. They have security at the door most times and they are good at organising people on and out.nThe staff are nice although most times I use the self check out so I have little experience with the till staff.nIn terms of social distancing, it can be a little hard to do that in this store as it is such a small store but they have barriers between the check outs which helps.
