Ideal place to fuel up your vehicle, check tyre pressures and top up with water if required has an automatic car wash on site. Place is open 24/7 inc Christmas Day for them late emergency shopping. Well stocked with various items from fresh bread, hot snacks, Sandwich meal deals to wine and spirits and everything else in between. Prices are more expensive than your usual Morrison's supermarket including the fuel. Much cheaper to drive the 10/15 Mins to the large Morrison's at Bilston and use this place for emergencies. Amazon locker on site to send / receive your parcels which is handy. 4 stars due to the price of goods and fuel.
This is my local petrol station and usually, I don't have an issue. However, today I'm very disappointed. I was waiting to be served, the assistant at the counter had scanned my shopping and added my fuel but was getting me a scratch card when her colleague, a gentleman with the name tag Manjit came behind the counter and rescanned an item of mine. Luckily, I spotted him do this and as such was able to ask her if it was showing twice. I know it's only £1.75 but it's the principle of it. I don't know why he rescanned the item, why he didn't tell her and I find myself wondering how often this happens as he was not even slightly concerned or bothered by this behaviour and, I worry that this may have happened to others.I'll think twice about going here agai and I will definitely be checking what's scanned from now on!
Esso fuel at near supermarket prices most of the time. You have to pay for fuel before filling up.. Decent array of products for a small store.
Over priced. Always has been. I swear when I've brought a meal deal I haven't gotten the deal.
A bit on the rougher side of things. Pay for fuel first which is fine but says alot about the surrounding area. Shame. Staff seen moody and dismissive. Would prefer to see a smile once in a while.... Bar that not a bad place
I am a frequent user of this store On the whole I have found food quality good and service there quite acceptable. However, I am now horrified. Outside the store, there is a very big sign saying, No Mask No Entry However , I did a recent survey and calculated that about 70% of customers don't wear masks. No one is there to challenge them. I feel your staff should lead by example. However, apart from the cashiers, who do normally wear them, employees working on the floor don't. I jokingly asked one of them yesterday, why wasn't he wearing a mask. Reply, 'It's too Hot' !!! We are all aware of the ongoing Pandemic and think procedures should be tightened up, somewhat
Shop prices inflated as per any petrol garage store. Staff are fine except the gentleman with long hair Dave I think? that does nights - his attitude is absolutely disgusting. Christmas Day his attitude and arrogance persisted. Asking him at the night window to fetch something as simple as a bottle of pop makes you feel an inconvenience despite being a paying customer.
Staff Need to keep an eye on the deli, my product was kind of burned/dried out.
Visited the petrol station last night for fuel.. gave the cashier 20 pounds for fuel .. it took him 20 minutes to activate my pump and i had to go back to him 3 times.. really took the mick.. even other people waiting said he had attitude problems.. this was at 11.40pm.. need better night staff
Only visited to use the cash point on this occasion. Petrol pumps all in use & the shop seemed to be fairly busy. Well stocked shelves & good advertising.
