Absolutely disappointing store. Went shopping with my Daughter, and when i entered the store i walked up to the till area to find a black muslim woman arguing with a man about the queing system. I politley said to the man that there are two lines, one for the tills and one line for self service. This woman then started arguing with me. I told the woman i was advising the man and not talking to her. She then started swearing and i swore back, she then called me Cxxt. I replied by saying dont call me that in front of my Daughter to which she replied, i dont give a FxxK about your child. I had to leave the shop and take my Daughter home who was seriously upset at this behaviour by a member of public. This is all happened in front of staff and the security guard. I went back 10 minhtes later to finish my shopping and the young lady that served me seemed to think that what had previously happened was funny? Smirking while serving me? If you use this shop please be aware that your safety will not be their priority. Complaint to be sent.

Convenient for me when on my way home. Quite a good selection of goods in there and staff helpful. Always do a light shop though as the hill up Willesden Lane is tough on the bike. Good convenience store

There is lack of care as I mention many times to the staff there is no fresh baked bred rolls and baguettes. Lots of pastries bot no bread in the morning midday and afternoon. The amount provided is very limited !
