these people are very unreasonable. they rip you off. fhe manager is no better. stay away. they were willing to sell my laptop after i explained i could not physically make it there as i had been in hospital. they are exteremily rude and unprofesional. i am taking them to a third party to investigate as they really take advantage of vulnrable people and play like They are God with your belongings. the manager claims he will be taking me to court for recording him and his disgusting behavior. do not use these people even if you are desprate. they are very unsavory people. there head office cant do anything because they are a fanchise.

sold me a laptop. the battery doesn't work at all. categorically stated at the time of sale that it worked. now refusing to refund, after 3 days, citing t's & c's. avoid like the plague.

**CASH GENERATOR PLEASE HELP ME WILLESDEN BRANCH SCAM***** Hi So i bought an Lg G3 with your company and when the item arrived i loved it however it then turned faulty as the phone was glitching after 30 mins calls and the phone would shut down in addition to the battery life of the phone going from 90% to 30% in a matter of seconds, so i called the Willesden branch who said to send it back so i paid for postage out of my own money and i sent it off to them, It has not been 2 weeks and the manager is refusing to speak with me and the girl on the phone who i believe is black or mixed race ethinicty (not being racist just trying to identify her for you guys) is laughing at me on the phone and refusing to hand to the phone over to the manager whilst laughing on the phone and refusing to give her name to me, I sent the phone within the 14 day money back guarantee too and they are ignoring me and they have my £110 phone which i paid for out of my hard earnt money which they refuse to refund me for. This IS FRAUD AND my next steps will be my local solicitor or trading standards. I am stressed over this now and the company is laughing and treating me like a joke and ignoring me, this branch is a franchised one and they need to be dealt with as i have bought from many cash generators with no issues, CASH GENERATOR PLEASE HELP ME OUT, MY MESSAGE FROM HEAD OFFICE WAS FORWARDED TO THE MANAGER OF THE SHOP WHO IS IGNORING ME.
