Went to cash scatch cards to a rude member of staff South AfricannWho then worked me up to the point I forgot to use my club card as.my local this distressed too much I now forced to use coop.

Today I was spoken to and treated with incredible rudeness and bad attitude. I shop here as an elderly local often and all the staff are always obliging .today's experience  shook me up so much I cried when I got home. The boy serving was dark haired and time approx 3pm. I shall not be returning nor will my family . So dissapointed after all my years as a patron there . ..

I came into the shop around 1230  and had problems using the voucher system old age! The young lady at the counter was extremely patient and helpful with me. I would like to commend her for her charming assitance

Prices are way above those in the super stores why??

I bought a 2kg bag of potatoes to make a pie on peeling them over half were bad.  Hence I had to trail back to the store to buy MORE.nNot Tesco I might add.   I tried to ring. 4 times all I got. Not possible to connect you rubbish
