If you are happy to wait three weeks to get your rings cleaned when told it would be 2 days then you should be fine with this shop.  The place is lovely and quaint but they need to up their customer service.  The rings did come out nice but it took 3 trips to the store which is just too many chances to get it right. Such a shame as I would like to shop local.

I had an amazing experience today with Harpurs of Oundle. Everyone was so nice and the quality of their work is fantastic. I would highly recommend Harpurs of Oundle. If you are unsure of making a longer journey to visit Harpurs I can assure you it is worth it.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who are willing to offer advice . The selection of goods on offer ranges from budget to top class, suiting all budgets. I had a ring beautifully repaired and we have brought a variety of items of jewellery, all of which are fabulous.

Beautiful job refurbishing my wife's engagement ring including replacing a missing diamond. Friendly, helpful, family business. Check opening times before visiting.
