Dear Tesco Management, I regularly visit the Borough Road store before work in the mornings and at times in the afternoon, Pauline is always manning the shop floor by herself and does it very well, Pauline is a friendly, well-mannered person, very polite and is always smiling, she greets everyone who walks into the store no matter their age, colour or religion, she is helpful to all the customers, and I have noticed everyone smiling after being served by Pauline whether at the checkout, self-service checkout or around the store. You can tell Pauline takes pride in her work and enjoys doing it, Pauline has an amazing personality and you can see from a mile away, this is just her personality and not something which she has been taught, with such skills she will go further in life. Pauline deserves a medal, certificate for excellent customer service, to be mentioned in Tesco staff news regularly, she deserves a pay rise and the opportunity to move up to a management position (Customer Service Manager). I would like to say don’t change who you are and thank you for starting my days with a smile, good customer service and good conversation. Good luck for your future Pauline!!! From Rochelle

They are supposed to open the shop at 7 am. But whenever I am there at seven o'clock one member of staff waits for another one outside shop. She is not allowed to open on her own. And one member of staff is most of the time late. Quite often they open the shop like at 7.10 or 7.15 . I don't take a risk anymore. I don't go there too early. Maybe you should change opening hours? shop is very small. Not many products there.

I don't know if they have a time difference here because they are never open at 7

Small, cramped and to top it off I spotted mouse droppings in the store today. Reported to environmental health.
