Rude staff member in there. He's nice to some people and rude to others. I hope it's not because I'm black. He's always rude to me after being nice to the customers before me. Honestly I feel sorry for the little man but I don't like his attitude towards me and he's always throwing items at me in a rude way.

I had a highly disappointing experience during my recent visit to the Tesco store [Sundon Park]. Despite placing an online order and arriving promptly for pickup, I kept waiting for a long time by an associate named either Amar or Amir Ahmed who introducedhimself as a manager. Not only did he fail to start picking my items, but his arrogant attitude further soured the experience.nnI expect better service and hope Tesco takes this feedback seriously to improve the overall shopping experience.

Tesco express in Leagrave having extremely poor customer service especially a man called Rupan guy with the spectacles, short, mid age nTry to avoid this man as this is the 2nd time when I am struggling to proceed with a normal service!!! My mainly concern was that he kept asking me for my personal details when he had the chance to look at for more 3to4min and eventually when my documents was returned to me, he kept asking to see them ! He could not manage to resolve a simple issue, so he had to call the manager to step In which I was so glad to be referred to as he seemed to understand how ridiculous the situation was! GDPR law it’s very serious, but this person hardly understood the amount of pressure he created with store full of people! Hopefully the management team will take care of it as this is not a one off situation!

Really poor and an unpleasant experience.nOnce inside, there’s a really bad smell all around the store.nThe staff are quite rude and too laid back.nNo proper uniforms and earphones in when serving customers.nTesco Limbury Mead is much better.
