Staff is nice and helpful but very busy. I visit every day. It has been a month since I brought it to the notice of 4 staff members about the price difference on the display and the tills for a loaf of fruit bread. They are so busy they still haven't changed. It's 1.09 on the display but charges 1.15 at checkout.
The safety and security is bad. Yesterday one African man hit me while trying to escape with some stolen staff through the entrance gate.nNo empathy from the people who work in Lidl. I was not even asked if I was ok.nShame on Lidl staff.nThe security is not professional. They don't know how to deal with thefts and they are not trained.
Large selection of groceries cheaper than most high street supermarket. But the staffs can be rude and abrupt at times. Ample parking space comes with EV charging points but expensive to charge. No customer toilet facilities
I enjoyed the food, the produce and the drinks which are good for the body like nutrition. The staff are very friendly despite the busy hours.
Absolutely appalled by the way this shop is run, no wonder you nip over around midday to find no produce to buy when others are permitted to buy in bulk and empty the shelves within hrs of the store opening. I saw a bloke bought around 20 cases of 6x2L water in one go and others,buying boxes of dairy and milk honestly they buy in boxes not pieces, and when you come around to buy there will be nothing left on the shelves.nI asked the manager if they've got a suggestions box and there isn't one. What a farce. Management should train staff to limit the amount of produce one or a family can buy this is not buy in bulk warehouses is a Lidl store.
