got id for a redbull, which was fine but the lady was incredibly rude about it. she glared at me the entire time, and spoke to me like dirt, when asked if i had id i replied no to which she said “well clearly you can’t buy it” when my friend replied he’ll buy it for me she said “no because i’ve id her now and she has no id” .. i understand being id but no need to be rude.
Closed at 2.30 in the afternoon to take a stock delivery. Surely this could be done at a different time or someone organise staff rotas better rather than closing a store when it should be open?
I used to use this store nearly every day but recently the young males working in this store are so lazy and unhelpfull and prefer to mess about and just stand around talking. But recently I have been using the other tesco expresses were the staff there are helpfull and more polite and harder working and so will be going to them and my local coop cos this store has gone right down hill
This tesco has gone severely downhill. Come in in the morning 2 hours after it opens and the shelves are bare. Workers everywhere stocking the shelves getting in shoppers way when its already a small store.. why cant they come in before the store opens to stock?? then a worker arguing with her manager about her holiday right in the middle of the shop infront of customers bad mouthing the store. Very unprofessional.
nice staff, about 3 staff in the shop at a time a couple of the staff are foreign so i cant understand but no problem wit h that..has a cash machine outside but around that area staff decide to smoke and play music out of their phones!! very nice food.. sells food, cards, dog food and toys, tampons, period pads, washing up stuff and much more. i got accused for stealing a trolley when i was walking into the shop with one. weird
