We stopped off here after a bit of a road trip with a view to charging our EV only to find that the unit could not connect to the grid, it would not take our payment card, so that was fun!nnWe went inside and used the facilities, having drunk a lot of liquid, this was most welcome and the facilities were very clean and tidy, I saw no issues there.nnWe did not do any shopping on this occasion.
Have been shopping here for lunch, for a couple of years now.nToday, as sometimes happens, no medium sized salad containers. Selected a large container and partly filled the contents.nWent to pay via the self service and stopped a member of staff to explain as I've had to do before, no medium containers, so I've partially filled out the large one.nnThe reply. Sorry, as you've filled the large one, I can't help you. And walked off.nnWell, I'm doing the same with my custom.
Probably my favourite supermarket In Yeovil unfortunately since I now come in with a child I have a problem with the trolleys. Safety straps on them are generally broken and just the general quality is bad I seem to always get a bad trolly and just makes an already stressful situation worse.
The restaurant should be closed as they don't have adequate staff to manage. & It is a joke, considering the fact this a supermarket, they don't have the ability to provide brown sauce or coffee. Would not recommend at all
Checkout lady was very friendly, but overall experience was a little bleak, the shelves were practically empty, went in for donuts as I was passing by, two packets of anything left and they were stale. Probably caught them on the wrong day. But three stars is more than fair. Considering there was barely any staff wandering the isles either, so trying to locate a protein bar was futile.
