I had the best customer service and experience ever. There was a new starter Zara who assisted me at self checkout. I wa impressed on her knowledge as she haf only started this week. She was quick to assist other members of the team. Impressive customer service. There was another young lady who was also very attentive. The whole experience was exceptional. The only downside is that they don't have customer changing rooms. Nonetheless it's a very good store and a pleasure to shop in. Clean tidy and conscientious staff
Good service and post office inside so can do both jobs in one trip. Items need more varieties though
Good for small quick shopping trips
I visited Saturday paid £12.75 fot a bottle of Chablis and 45p for a lettuce.nThey put the charge through on my Credit card Contactless. Said it had not gone through and did it again, this time I entered my pin and took the receipt. Both payments went through. When I phoned the store i was told it would be a ghost transaction. It would be back on my account within 3 days. It is 5 days and they still have my money. I will need to go back to the store taking more of my time because of their staff. This is not my first time with staff problems when paying by card in this store. Watch your card payments closely. BUYER BEWARE!
Be aware if you buy something on offer if the discount it's aplied or not. On fop of that the lady was so bothered that I asked her help with the issue and why I choose to pay at the machine she had to come to aprove the virtual vaucher.
