Great place for all shopping needed
Just popped into Tesco Antrim for a battery for my Car Fob. Staff were AMAZING, especially Peter. He helped me and assisted me to get my old battery out and put new battery in. He was excellent even goggled how too. Highly commented your staff. Thank you
shelves bare, never have prices on things which they obviously are now doing deliberately which is disgusting, not enough self checkouts, queues are always miles long and only 3 cash paying ones which makes the queues longer, terrible layout of the stores, have now installed absolutely stupid gates at the front of the store and the alarm will go off if you go out them so if you didnt buy anything and want to leave... beep beep beep. They also no longer do organic mushrooms and neither do the other tescos near me. "tesco extra" but theres not much extra of anything, there is more plastic junk upstairs and in the sweet isles than actual real food. prices through the roof too now.
I love going shopping here, place is always calm and relaxing. They layout of the store is fantastic and alot of signage to point you in whatever your shopping for. They always have good offers on esp if your a clubcard member. Discounted items are always great as is their sales. Plenty of parking and facilities for disabilities. Toilets and restaurant upstairs.
Extremely friendly staff, have to give a special mention to a lovely wee girl caoilfhinn who not only embodies all the tesco values but the human ones as well. So helpful and polite, should be running the store.
Called in late on way back to Belfast from the airport. Bought tesco finest ham. Thinking about todays Sunday dinner. Only to find it's used by date was july 4. Tesco policy being chilled foods must be returned to original store. 40 mile round trip today July 9 Shelves still stocked with the same. While the lady, and she really was, called for a manager twice. No one came. Yes I did receive a refund, but still out of pocket for that 40 mile round trip.yes I should have checked, but it shouldn't have been on the shelf should it.
Went to fill with water at petrol station no water was told I wouldn't be charged...I was so went back in so was then told machine was nothing to do with them and ring number on water machine...... no number on machine !!!! Get it sorted tesco antrim
You have to be joking. Tesco is a Capitalist Company. A total rip-off for the nation. Legalized HIGHWAYMEN. Yes EVERY LITTLE HELP. HELP BOOST THEIR PROFITS FOR THE INVESTORS, BOOS THE SALARIES AND BONUSES FOR THE EXECUTIVES. How does company gets away with charging customers 2 two different prices for the same product. Because one 1 hold a loyalty card and the other doesn't. Surely it must be law breaking. Why! does a customer have to hold a loyalty card? why! does a customer have to be loyal to one store 1. I totally dislike TESCO, ASDA AND SAINSBURY. THEY ARE RIP-OFF and the people allow them to be. Prices are very often 50 100 more on items. I can easily save £12-14 per week shopping around. ALSO why! is the GLUTUN FREE ITEMS SO BLOODY EXPENSIVE? AGAIN ANOTHER RIP-OFF. TESCO NO NO NO.
