Been going in this place for a few year but staff are rude they push pass you with food trolleys and just never make it easy to move round store. Think I well find some were elsewhere to shop
The customer service in this place is the worse! Staff are always unhappy! They either don’t acknowledge you or judge you by staring at you!
Falsely accused of not paying for petrol. Found the receipt! Avoid at all costs.
The staff at ongar tescos need to all go on diversity and customer service training. All look so cold , poker faces & management need to come to the store and see in person how these women in the ongar store serve customers . Give them some extra money so they can crack a smile otherwise all are a loss cause.
Have you tried buying Petrol/Diesel here? Forget it!nnWaited ages for a pump, only to find that half the pumps are pay by card, with no alternative option to pay at cashier!nnI had mistakenly chosen a pay by card pump, so I produced a bank card and it wouldn’t accept it! Noticed other customers also having problems nnIt would be nice to see better signage on the pumps.nnDrove off and went to Shell, as I didn’t have time to queue up for another.nnHave since heard similar complaints, from other motorists!
