Slowest rudest store on the planet… and no one ever jumps on the tills they’d all rather hide out back or stack shelves having inappropriate conversations on there head sets with each other old bald man replenishing bread slating his job and customers to other members of staff !!! when the ques over three people deep an people doing weekly shops with one till staff… what about the customers paying cash ! We can’t even use self service!!!! why is so much of our time wasted in here!!!!!
I am disabled and have to use crutches and a wheelchair to get around! I shop at Tesco Express in Battle regularly and have found that when I ask a member of staff to help me do my shopping with me as I can’t carry it,nI am Very grateful and impressed with the Staff working for Tesco’s Express, especially the younger male staff I can’t remember all of their names but some stick in my mind a few are - Tom, Tayrik and Vicky, not only help me do my shopping, but also help me at the till, and then to top it off, they help me by carrying it to my Car for me which means a lot to me, and I can’t express in words how much this helps me!nnI appreciate that they take the time out from filling the shelves and show support and Very Good Customer Service!nI would benVery grateful if you could pass my review on to them, and encourage them look outnfor others who might need their help but might be afraid to ask if the store is Very Busy!!nThank You to All the Staff who have helped me who I’m Sorry I haven’t remembered or mentioned their names as there are quite a few!nMany Thanks to All for your support and help!nMiss E J May
Great convenient and great petrol prices
Fantastic staff, always so helpful, pre ordered bread for a jubilee event, they went over and beyond to cater for my requests baring in mind the bank holiday was exceptionally busy. Great store, great staff. 10/10.
