Store is well laid out and easy to find everything. Parking is terrible.. bends too tight too many spaces in a small area can be chaotic
Car park not nearly big enough. Couldn't find a parking space so went to Sainsbury's
Was served this evening by an elderly gentleman on the check out farthest from the exit around 6.49pm. So polite and helpful. More staff like him please.
One or two good polite staff but in general customer service is not good much prefer lidl
Small footprint so car paring can be fun. Handy local however c a good range and cheery staff.

Store is absolutely fine and have used it for a few years now, friendly helpful staff. The car park layout isn’t great, no pick up points either so waiting taxis and mini busses do on occasion cause congestion. The store entrance could be dramatically improved and widened with a double set of automatic doors, plus banning shoppers congregating in the porch area, having their weekly catch-up gossip sessions whilst you try to navigate through them with your trolley.
My daughter didn't have her groceries delivered, she has agoraphobia and her daughter has autism, they said they'd phone and find out where it was, but nothing, phoned the next day still no delivery, you can't leave vulnerable people without food!!!!!
Not a great range of products & shelf life on fruit & verge is too short as date can be date of purchase or day after. The store though is normally clean & tidy & feels safe for shoppers.
Fantastic PA system and acoustics. Friendly staff. Good value quality real ale for a venue. Had many a great gig there with bigger and smaller name artists :- intimate and always reasonable prices
