Appalling service from Tesco, placed a click and collect order, received confirmation and time and date for collection on chosen day. Had no emails or texts about any problems waited at parking bay 40 mins before going into store and being told services down and had been for a week or so. I was told I would have received email but told them I didn't receive any email. Checked emails on phone and nothing about order being cancelled just a confirmation email f order placed. Rang customer services and was told problems only started last 24 hours so the Assistant was obviously lying which just annoyed me more as just be honest instead of making up lies. Would rather have had an apology and the truth.
My daughter and I regularly go to Redcar tesco , there is a lad on the checkout called karl . He is always so polite, professional , and very helpful. Great asset to Tesco
Found everything I needed and used my vouchers which I had for using my club card. Win win.
They now have a Costa machine in the entrance, just what you need on a Sunday morning.
I cannot praise the staff highly enough! I had a dizzy spell while paying for my shopping and immediately a first aider was there assisting me to sit down, he was so nice, got me a bottle of water, stood with me until I felt better and helped me outside to wait for a taxi. Thank you
Great supermarket that is open late and easily accessible no level crossing to faff over and filling station attached. Relaxed car parking. Wide range of 'staple' products with good quality fruit and veg that lasts. The local management is supportive of local volunteer groups as well.
It's always well stocked and even at its busiest it's not a bad place to shop. Good variety and prices. It's where I'll always do my monthly shops
I have been shopping here for the last 7 years by myself in general. I have got to know a lot of the staff who are all very friendly and helpful. Well laid out, well organised plus it has a pharmacy. A beneficial self service when only popping in for a couple of items.
Very friendly and very helpful staff. Shelves sometimes depleted and get items one day then they stop supplying them even though these items are popular. Nice layout not cluttered or narrow aisles.
Always shop here can't fault it
