Young man filling up wine department big attitude problem needs to go on a customer service course. What I've noticed at the axminster store quite a lot of the staff are rude thay all need a week at the the seaton store every body is very helpful and polite I think its all down to management

I shop here every week and like the store as i know where everything i want is. OK as some people have commented here, the shelves are not always filled. I have to wonder then why, especially as the item can be found at the Seaton store. So it isn't down to not being available! Reading some reviews from others. The staff here are doing their best in very trying times. They should be respected for that, not abused.
Tesco have been advertising diesel for 3 days below the price of their local competition however for the same 3 days they have a sign at the filling station saying 'sorry no diesel'. Is that not called false advertising! In-store I looked at 4 different umbrellas all were filthy. One is left thinking what cleaning is done in this mostly food Tesco. Very poor experience.
Visited here twice whilst on holiday to get some essentails and bits for our stay. Both times Sunday and Wednesday the place was pretty messy and shleves were empty resulting in a poor selection of products. The only positive was we were able to walk straight up to the checkouts and be served immediately with great customer service. Its a shame the rest of the store let the excellent staff down.
The fishmonger today was excellent. We bought two whole salmon and he dressed it to a very high standard. He was extremely pleasant and clearly took pride in his work. We would go again, specially to buy fish.
This is not a superstore. Shelves were empty by 12 on Saturday. Very poor for a so called superstore.
