Waited over two hours for delivery only to have to ring them to find out the order was cancelled and they didn't notify me now there's no food in the house even tho it showed that we were the last stop of the evening tescos coleraine is a absolutely joke from now on we will be shopping at Asda FYI they took the money out of my account too completely laziness by there employee's

Have never been treated with such disrespect as I was in Tesco coleraine yesterday. I was waiting in the queue for self service, and accidentally must've stepped over a dividing line. I was then approached by an older woman with grey hair in a short "bob" style who was supervising the self service checkouts who very rudely told me to step back until a checkout was ready for me with a raised voice. Then I proceeded to the checkout with my items. The same woman approached me to ask for ID, however was once again very rude in doing so, staring at me with a dirty look and saying "You'll not be buying that without ID" I explained to her that I'm 22 and have been buying alcohol in this shop for 4 years, and even pointed at a staff member who has served me many times and could confirm this. She was having none of it and simply said "if you haven't got ID then you're not buying it simple as that, now stop wasting my time". I told her that's fine I'll be leaving all my items then, and walked away from the self service checkouts. I appreciate that it was a very hot day and that tensions may have been high for staff, but it is entirely unacceptable to speak to someone like this, nevermind someone with anxiety. I will be finding out the name of this staff member and lodging a formal complaint against her for the distress caused.
I would like to thank Rebekah & Jamie in the phone shop in Tesco Colraine, they both went above & beyond to help rectify issues we were having with our phone network connections.We received the best customer service & with their knowledge & expertise we left extremely happy & impressed with the service, thank you Rebekah & Jamie, keep up the great work! Went for a shop and all items were scanned on the self checkout handsets, an employee came over for a quality check. She made us go over to the normal checkout because we "scanned 2 cans of beans instead of 3" mind the beans were 45p. After unloading everything onto the counter and packing it again The other employee at the till said there was nothing wrong with it. Total waste of time never will be back.
Good mixture of offers and local produced products. Can get nearly eveything usually in one visit. Staff at tills are very friendly and helpful. Can sometimes get a bargain or two in the reduced areas if you're lucky.
Store could do with a revamp, staff are quite good,easy parking and access. The dates on the loaves are shocking though. Best to get your bread at any garage.
I shopped in Tesco, Coleraine and I found the experience quite awful. I was served at the checkout by a female called Anne. She was having a conversation with the assistant adjacent to her and continued to talk while I unloaded my trolley. She did not greet me or even acknowledge my presence. She did not enquire whether I needed bags or offer to help in any way. Her first words to me were to ask for my club card. I must add that this is not my usual experience and the staff in the Limavady store, all but 1, are excellent. Should this have been my first time in Tesco, I would most definitely not return.
Super friendly superstore, always great selection of produce, great prices and friendly helpful staff
