Whilst I haven't visited the store (one day perhaps?) I have recently used their web site and mail order for Sonik SK3 wading boots. I was very impressed - shortly after placing my order on line I received a call to advise the size I had ordered wasn't in stock (they had sold the last one) but after discussion it was suggested that the model I had selected was a narrow fit anyway and the next size up would probably be better anyway. I followed their advice and 24 hrs later received my Sonik SK3 wading boots. Of course, they were right about the sizing/fit and a size 10 was perfect with my stocking foot waders. (For anyone seeking to buy the same model I take a standard size 8 wide in lace up shoes and the size 10 in this model wading boot is perfect with stocking foot waders with a thin cotton or wool sock inside the waders). I almost got to mention that their pricing was very competitive. Furthermore, IF their advice on the best size for my needs had been wrong then they said I could return the boots for a full refund with Outdoor & Country Sports covering the postage - can't ask for fairer than that really can you? All in all my experience with this company has put many other online retailers to shame . Highly recommended.
