We shop regularly at this store and find most cashiers to be very professional. Would like to particularly praise a young lad Will, who is always pleasant and deserves recognition. Well done Will on your professionalism and lovely personality.
I use the click and collect every week and I would just like to say that the staff who work on it are brilliant. There are two young lads and an older guy who I usually see. They are all really helpful, friendly, polite and a credit to the store.
Literally the biggest Tesco I've seen! It has a Pharmacy, Cafe, phone shop, clothing section, travel money, vision express, a Yo Sushi counter and a Greggs!
Well 1st of all choice of products excellent, price well overall same as sainsbury's , but dearer than asda , 2 tills open but 4 , yes 4 assistant's on self checkout other than Aldi and Lidl for the most post covid , are price saving and reasonable quality ,with some known products at a lower price, tesco you have been warned Aldi and Lidl are overtaking you, don't disregard your customer base .
Appalling staff and rude management who need to realise that they "only work in a shop". I thought I would give tesco one last try as I do most of my shopping at Aldi. Needless to say, after this weekends experience, I will never use tesco again.
Do not buy the Gammon Joint with honey sauce sachet. Should feed 4 and we barely got one and a half portions. The entire joint was sinew and fat. Absolutely disgusting. Had to vv quickly come up with something else and it ruined Easter Sunday. Shame on you Tesco for such poor quality and selling inedible meat. May even switch supermarkets
Saturday 6th of April, visited Tesco bidston moss, staff here are always polite and friendly, went to the kiosk/ customer service desk and came across the most lovely guy called Dylan, I think he was covering someone’s break, He was so lovely and polite and helpful, I just wanted to say thank you, you made my day, well done Tesco he’s doing a great job x
Please don't waste your time using scan and go. We are a honest couple who use it and every time we are checked every other visit and not once has there been a discrepancy. It should be renamed scan and wait . Total waste of time.
Today was a normal Thursday morning, I came to Tesco to get a few bits and bobs. When we drove in we noticed that there were lots of people throwing tomatoes at the cars driving past. We drove past them thinking nothing of them. Then we parked our car got a trolley and went for a normal shop until noticed something in the cheese isle. There were the 7 foot rats eating warm cheese and warm milk. We tried to fight them then it turned into a mess, they got caught lacking. Then after this disaster we went to the food isle and saw there was skibidi ham instead of normal ham. We finished the shop and got back in the car and went for petrol. This was the worst bit of the day i got tomatoes thrown at me, then went to pay and the cashier was something out of ohio. It was a cameraman. I watched skibidi toilet before so luckily I knew what to do. Today was a normal day in ohio, hopefully baby gronk doesn’t go to this Tesco.
Been shopping at this store for over 20 years but for whatever reason the standard of service and produce has deteriorated to an absolute joke. Short date on foods and no help from the staff when enquiring why?
