Terry Lunt were fantastic with our house removal from start to finish. Excellent communication from the first phone call and we had a quite quickly once someone had veen around. On the day there was no messing around, as soon as they arrived they all worked non stop until the house was cleared and then same again moving into the new property.Lads were so hardworking and friendly. We went with these through recommendation from a friend and we would highly recommend them too!
The team of guys were nice during the move, but unfortunately didn't provide the service we paid for, which is quite expensive. They didn't move any of our houseplants as I was literally told "they can't be arsed" moving all of them, along with a number of other smaller items. They also broke the drawers in two of our dressers and one of our bedside tables. In addition, they broke the top of our treadmill, instead of unscrewing the large plastic covering over the motor, they just snapped it off, breaking the plastic so it can no longer be screwed in. I attempted to get in contact with the company afterwards to discuss the broken items, but was ignored. I expected to be compensated for the items that were broken, or at least have a conversation about what happen, but I received no response.
What can I say. This company is outstanding. The lads were such a pleasure and a great credit to the owner. They were so understanding and patient. It was one of the hottest days of the year. Due to us exchanging that day with lots of delays they were stuck waiting for hours for us to get the keys for them to complete the job. But still kept smiling and kept us calm on such a stressful day. Me and my husband are both in are late sixties. Well done Terry Lunt and all your wonderful team 100% From the Corbett Family

We used Terry Lunt for a house move a few weeks ago. Their quote was competitive and the lads did an amazing job on the day. They were extremely polite, worked really quickly and made the move so easy. Not very impressed after being recommended this company. Called for a quote, was told date I wanted was available, a date was arranged for a quote. Gary came out, had a look around my property and then text me with a quote a couple of hours later. I messaged him to accept the quote/date. He told me to phone the office the next day to confirm. I Phoned the next day to be told there was no date available - bearing in mind the quote appointment had been made 9 days before they came out. What a waste of my time, if my date had gone why didn’t they contact me instead of having someone traipse around my house - absolutely pointless! Called the office back, spoke to Ann, who was very rude and unprofessional on the phone - even hung up on me. I’m shocked at the lack of customer service..... I Will not be recommending!
Awful service, in disbelief! Left me in a bad situation 9 days before completing on a house sale. Called to confirm they had the date and asked for someone to come out ASAP, that was 10 days later when they come. Professional polite man called Lee quoted and helped. Then office staff informed they had got booked up that day? how can that be if they quote in person. The people running the office need training on how to manage customers and a business.
Best ever removals ever! I should know as Terry Lunt has been moving us since my first house move out of approx 15, nearly thirty years ago. Came to the rescue and moved my Parents to Ireland 20 years ago.
