Great views across Roath Park and the water here. The price of the food is very reasonable and the size of the potions were generous. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted really good. They also have amazing hot chocolate flavours such as black forest and coconut

Great little cafe overlooking Roath Park lake. The cafe serves hot and cold food as well as an array of refreshments. When I went there on a Saturday morning it was very busy. I had a toasted panini and an americano.

Went there on Friday with a friend. Had coffee, pizza and cake which were all great. Very good value for money and especially for the quality. Appreciated the service too - lovely bunch of people. Nice location too overlooking the lake. Even met Nick the owner… great guy!
Stunning views of this hidden gem in Cardiff echoed by the stunning service and staff at the cafe, always warm and friendly and knowing about their trade. The food and drinks is fantastic and we have returned again and again. Even when we have not purchased items the facilities and friendly manner has always been accessible. I would highly recommend Terra Nova to all.

Terra Nova cafe lovely place Very friendly staff quick service lovely fresh pizza. The owner called Nick who was Greek was a very lovely friendly man who was a chatty and happy. We'll definitely go back there again. And would recommend it to all.
Fabulous afternoon tea. Started with Preseco and orange juice, then pots of tea and coffee, readily available. A tasty selection of freshly made sandwiches and mini quiches. A delicious variety of cakes and pastries, the scones with generous amounts of jam and cream. Thank you to the friendly staff who made this a great experience. Visited this morning, decided to have a oat latte and a delicious custard slice which was the size of a house brick! Not sure what the previous reviewer is on about, as I was queuing I noticed staff were steaming fresh milk and a lad took the jugs out from the counter and replaced them with clean Jugs. Some people really are horrible! I had a lovely visit enjoyed the view with a nice hot coffee. Such a nice spot and friendly staff. Will be returning to try a fruit tart as they looked yummy.
