Ordered for the first time: I bought 8 USA imported Monsters 1x Mule, 1x Java 300 Mocha, 6x Java Farmer's Oats and they were delivered on time via DPD without any problem. Sad knowing that Farmer's Oats is discontinued so I've been trying to buy as many as I can. My nearest American shop where they sell at £3.99 previously £3.50 per can are now out of stock of them. Previously bought whatever I could of the 12 packs from Candy Hero until they went out of stock. Thought I'd try USA version of Mule as they contain sugar 52g, which the UK version is sugar free. Never tried Java 300 before and still have yet to try it at the time of writing this review. I see I bought the last one. My Farmer's Oats are a couple months past best before date but still tastes great. Same expiry date as the ones I bought from my nearest American shop. Mule has only just gone past best before this month and Java 300 Mocha is the only one that is still in date expires April 5 2022 but that is perfectly fine with me as long as they still taste great! Mule still tastes great too, and the carbonation is still good! The production date on the bottom of the cans is a bit hard to understand unless you look it up, but I'll include it to help others when ordering monster. All Monster has a shelf life of 2 years. I am overall happy with my order. I would 100% recommend! Pros: • Delivered on time • Items arrived well protected from damage • Great range of American products Cons: • Delivery price although I had 10% off my order • You have to spend at least £60 in 1 shop to get a free delivery.
I drop a star because some of my items did arrive damaged and one item was a no-show. Maybe because I ordered cans of pop which were well bubble wrapped the more breakable items beneath the cans were not as well done. Despite a lot of Royal Mail strike days my order arrived in good time. I emailed customer services and Tom was fantastic, he was on the ball, reasonable and helpful. He shipped out the items that were in stock as replacements the same day and let me add to my order, thank you for sorting out the Twinkies Xmas pressie for husband. I received my replacement order within a couple of days. I can appreciate the shipping of the items Sugar Box sell can be precarious, crisps, biscuits etc but my second package was perfectly wrapped. I would shop with again.
I ordered various items as gifts for friends. Mostly it was fine, but the packing tape was attached to one of the items, so that it was ripped open when I opened the box. I asked them to resend the damaged item and they just offered me a refund. I asked again for them to resend it and they claimed it was out of stock. There are many items out of stock on the site, but this was not one of them. I pointed this out to them and they ignored it. I got a refund for the item, but I still need to pay the shipping costs of reordering the item from another site. There are many other online shops that sell the same items, so I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just resend the item. I won’t be back again. Slow customer service and they don’t seem to care. Edit: That's not true. I pointed out that your site was showing 1 left in stock and you ignored that entirely and just processed the refund. It was only when I mentioned that you decided to ignore this, that you came up with that excuse. Yes, one of your responses was 21 minutes, some others were days. From the start you ignored my requests to re-send the item, as I asked for this in my first email, you only offered a refund, without saying anything about stock levels or responding to or even acknowledging in any way my request for a replacement. You also tried to blame the delivery rather than the packaging, despite my initial email being perfectly clear that it was due to the way it was packaged. You can try framing this any way you like, but it’s clear to me that you have been dishonest several times. So congratulations in losing further stars from this review.
Both lollies arrived damaged, completely Broken in half these were to go on top of a birthday cake so can not be used! Packaged very well with bubble wrap AND peanuts so don’t understand how they’ve been damaged.. unless they were like this when packed. Website states they don’t refund for this neither, complete waste of money. Colour is also a lot brighter on the website than in person.
Good service but why send so many of one flavour drink in a drink box out of 7 there was 3 grape flavour : yes its mystery box but at least put veriatie
Ordered some imported monster and the service was fantastic! Regular shipping updates and delivered via Royal Mail. I was sceptical ordering cans incase they burst but the packaging is fantastic - 5*
Ordered a few different things but all were short dates and full priced which you could taste. Reece’s peanut butter very dry inside. Van holtens pickles taste awful very chemicaly and soft. Delivery was slower than expected. I won’t order again unfortunately. EDIT must say customer service is great. Just received an email to discuss issues and rectify them straight away which is appreciated so added a star on for that.
Loving the products and being able to order America and Asian variety is great
Has a lot of variety of tasty treats! It was the best place to shop for sweets during Halloween. The staff were also polite and helped me select the best treats!
Absolutely amazing company to buy from when you open your package you get a cute thank you card inside. So thank you so much I so enjoyed my cheetos. Definitely will be buying again . Thank you! Xx
