We used Terra Firma for our gardening project in June. I found their communication top notch and was happy with the design and advice they offered. We had Luca and Sean carry out the job every day for around 2-3 weeks. We appreciated the consistency and found them to be hard working and came with a good sense of humour - something that's important when welcoming trades people into your home. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend this firm to anyone.
Terra Firma did a FANTASTIC job with our garden!!! All the people working there were really friendly and hard working. They had very good communication the whole time and really helped shape the design to match our vision and budget. They were also happy to fix a few odds and ends on top of the main landscaping. Would definitely recommend! Shout out to Luke Reynolds for the door and George / Dan for the hardscaping. We love our new garden!
Having moved into a new house this year, our previous patio was strangely shaped, not square with the house and had a step which made it total dysfunctional. As outdoor people who enjoy hosting, we wanted to make better use of the space for both personal use and party's, so got in contact with Luke, amongst others. We found Luke to be friendly, honest, knowledgeable and presented himself professionally. We felt he was the standout candidate of the three landscapers we invited over to quote. Once we agreed terms, Luke sent in Sasha and Andrey who were punctual, tidy and efficient. They were approachable and communicated well throughout the project, paying attention to detail on things such as the height of the steps, pattern of the tiling and colour of the manhole to cover the drain. The work was carried out within the timescales we were given and we couldn't be happier with the result. Perfect job. I've attached some before/after/during pictures. The job finished mid August 2023. Thank you to Luke, Sasha and Andrey. Fantastic work. We now have a garden space to be really proud of. I'm happy for Luke to share my contact details if anyone wishes to pop over a see the patio in real life. I live in Oxted.
I recently hired Terra Firma to revamp my small garden, and the transformation has been incredible! From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. During the initial meeting, Adam took time to understand exactly what I wanted from the space and also provided insightful suggestions and advice. As the project got underway, Harry and Luke were an excellent team. They worked exceptionally hard including throughout the hottest day of the year! and their workmanship and skill was first-rate. They left the site clean and tidy each day, and they were also a genuine pleasure to have around - friendly, fun, considerate, and contentious. They brought me in to all key decisions and also identified solutions to some tricky aspects of the design tight angles, awkward drain placement, fence door issues etc. The quality of the materials used and the meticulous care in the execution were evident in the final result. I couldn’t be happier with my new garden and I’d wholeheartedly recommend Terra Firma for any landscaping project. Thank you so much Luke, Harry, Adam and the whole Terra Firma team!
I contacted Terra Firma Landscapes to finally sort out my small garden. Luke visited and checked out the practicality of my plans. He discussed options, materials and finishes, providing advice without imposing any agenda of his own. Work on site was very well organised and efficient. It took the time predicted and the site was left in immaculate condition. I am delighted with the finished patio, stepping-stone path and pergola. In particular the attention to detail and level of skill in the finished work is excellent. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Luke and his crew.
Very pleased with the job that Terra Firma did in our very tricky garden. Luke Reynolds, Harry and Alex were fantastic and worked around the clock to get our job finished before we went on holiday. The management team are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommended and I certainly will be using them for my next job.
I was recommended to Luke of Terra Firma by someone who already had really good experience with their gardening services. I got a response back quickly after initial enquiry, Terra Firma made it easy to identify what needed to be done and a date was put in diary for a trial visit. That visit has now happened, we are very happy with the work done and have scheduled gardening by Terra Firma once a month. Excellent service. I highly recommend Terra Firma to anyone wanting to keep on top of their gardening chores.

Josh from Terra Firma’s office kept in touch and visited site regularly to help with project issues. Luke Reynolds and Harry carried out the work and put their head and hearts into it. They discussed the options with us when the inevitable anomalies arose and produced a very pleasing end result. These guys will do a good job for you.
George and Dan did an incredible job building our new patio. It’s exactly as we envisioned it. Would highly recommend the Terra Firma team for a good price, good communication and a friendly and hardworking team carrying out the work.
