We had an absolutely wonderful time at Tenpin in Luton. We booked the bowling lanes online. Once we got here everything was ready. Then we played in the arcade. Some of the machines were out of order like the punching bag. Nevertheless we then played snooker. Pool table were at one pound fifty which I think is a good price.
Great little arcade! Tenpin bowling and an arcade with lots of games to play. So happy it’s an arcade that gives actual paper tickets rather than an electric card! So much fun to have here!
A fun place for adults and children. Everything you need in an indoor relaxation center is just here. You may even have a small parties, hangout with family and friends. The bowling section is really great! Over all, very nice place!
I could say it's changed for the best....but I won't it was awful the whole experience if going bowling is to have a good time which did not happen. The tables on the bays are too small the seating even worse as for the food it was medium but it all failed felt that I was cramped into a small space and I was considering want the bays where before it left me thinking I was in a small play ground..maybe luton should consider opening up a proper bowling area not try and cram it into an arcade area just choose arcade or bowling not both under 1 space
They had problems with the cash machines, they did not give us the correct amount. You can find here about 20 different games, lots of pool tables and you can play bowling too. We enjoyed the stay, but after 40 minutes the whole place was a little bit repetative.
Watch out! Delinquents in the surrounding arcade. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bowling facilities were a little old. But, more importantly we went into the arcade afterwards where my 6 year old was robbed by a group of boys - pick-pocketed his coins. There was a group of about five young boys aged about 7-10 years old of mixed race or muslim decent who proceeded to bump into my 6 year old while trying to play a game of shooting hoops, they came and snatched the balls and pretended to play - his turn! all the while stealing his coins from his pocket. They were then hanging out with a group of about three teenage boys. Watch out! And better yet, avoid the place. We were there on a Saturday between 14h00 and 17h00.
expensive for 2 games for a family of 4. the balls are a bit worn out and don't roll accurately. saying all that my kids had a good time and mage for an entertaining morning. in the same complex you also have other entertaining options so you could pass a chunk of the day here by going to watch a film, having a meal at Nandos etc.
Good place to hangout and play game
We visited here on friday 18th for a bowling session for a birthday. I must say we were shocked and appalled at the state of the bowling allies, the wood of the allies was all falling to bits and crumbling, all the balls had chunks missing out of them. Also one of our party had to drop out due to illness so we asked for a refund for that one person and was left appalled when we were told no refunds. Will not be visiting here again. Dunstable Go bowling is far superior to here and cheaper too.
No staff long waiting time even when pre-book, not enough bowls can't find the size i need. Not recommended!
