Excellent deal on a Thursday 2 games, 2 drinks & a sharing platter for £20. One bit of advice if something is going wrong tell them straight away. Staff are not proactive at all, and don’t care. We didn’t get our drinks or sharing platter(despite ordering these before We started to play) so went and mentioned after the first game. Turns out they didn’t pass a bit of paper over to the bar section. I am pretty sure if We didn’t say we wouldn’t have got them and they wouldn’t have cared. Enjoy but be warned you may need to chase something up.

I was at this venue on Thursday 14/12/2017, when I arrived, had to wait ages to check in, only one member of staff on, he was busy didn't even call someone over. Then after playing our games, we decided to have a go on the ice hockey, we started playing, then when my daughter scored a goal, I bend down to collect the puck, only to see the machine had been left wide open and all live wires were on show. Lucky it was me who found it and not my young daughter, I went to the counter to complain and no staff members were in site. Would I visit here again 100% no, would I recommend this venue, again it's a 100% NO. Finally there after care is not much better, just a thanks for telling us, and and a sorry, hope this doesn't put you off coming again, all she was interested in was my custom, not my complaint.

Booked today for family meal deal really disappointed meal didn't arrive at lane and had to wait over twenty minutes for food. Rolls no relish no drinks with deal either had to queue at bar for 10 mins waiting on drinks . Place is a shambles

Arrived today with a group of 6 for a birthday party for my son who just turned 7. We had just started playing and after a couple of rolls the pins jammed and wouldn't move. We put in a service call and were left sitting for half an hour before anyone came to help and only after asking the manager. Another 15 minutes later and still not working. No updates, no offers to be moved lane. We had a movie booked for after so my partner kindly asked the manager if we could be refunded as we couldn't wait any longer. His reply "No refunds. Just a voucher." My partner explained that wouldn't be acceptable as we were only there for his birthday and didn't get a chance to play - said he wasn't leaving until this was resolved. The manager then said he would "drag him out himself". Obviously taken aback by this threat my partner said calmly "you will not put your f***ing hands on me" and the manager then proceeded to call the police. Because he swore once. After being threatened. My sons birthday has now been completely ruined. Not only was his Daddy threatened but he was scared that the police were going to "take him away". Totally traumatised. We waited for the police to come as we had did no wrong and even the police were completely shocked at the waste of time and even tried to cheer my little boy up by giving him high fives and joking with him. The police could see we had done no wrong and were confused as to why they had been called. We had multiple witnesses who all saw what happened and many people in the queue walked out as they were appalled by this managers actions. I have never met someone so horrible - who ruins a child's birthday, offered us no solutions, threatened my partner and then called the police as he couldn't be bothered speaking with us to resolve the situation. Shocking. I have now passed the situation on to the complaints department.
