Really surprised on how nice the park was and clean caravan. There was a problem with the latch on door when we arrived but when told customer services they sent someone to fix it immediately. Beautiful views over the sea, lovely and peaceful as not to big a site. Will definitely come back to stay here again when we come back to Looe. Highly recommended. Well done staff at tencreek. 👍

Very impressed with the toilet block for camping very clean and up to date. Our caravan is immaculate and so much nicer than we were expecting. I'm extremely impressed, definitely the nicest static we have stayed in out of all our different holidays. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Already planning our next holiday here.

This is the worst site we have ever encountered. Do not turn up early, they will keep you waiting until your check in time. There was nowhere to get a cup of tea while waiting. The standard of caravans was very low. Do not give them your E-mail address as they will not unsubscribe you from their mailing list. Handy if you want to go into Looe for a good meal.

Great as a base for exploring the surrounding area. The camp itself is very basic with a small shop, club house,bar etc. The arcade is very small and shabby looking and really needs updating. The caravan we had again was a little shabby but was ok for the weekend we were there. Never did get the fire to light but this was ok as we couldn't get the oven to go off at times!!!

Caravan wasn’t the cleanest, there was a hole in the toilet floor and the toilet was leaking. The shower is useless, trickling out. Heating is dire to say the least. No breakfast available in the Castaways Club as it was ‘out of season’. The shop is open for 5 hours a day so if you need essentials after 6pm you’ve had it. Got woken up at 1am by loudmouths next door, could hear them thumping around in their caravan all night. The blind in the bathroom and kitchen was filthy and broken and the bedding had holes in it! Food at Castaways was overpriced and bland, £9.50 for scampi, chips and a plate of lettuce and peppers is disgusting. We paid £5.40 for 3 small glasses of coke which was poured from a bottle! The kids entertainment was very repetitive, one of the girls just didn’t look like she wanted to be there at all! Not much to do for the kids at all, won’t be returning here again. Disappointed.
