Small group pilates classes from Will are great. He takes time to understand (individually) the diverse reasons for attending. Informed, brilliantly guided and instructed. Fun as well as beneficial. Highly recommend.

Having experienced both 1:1 physio and Pilates classes with Will, I find him to be extremely thorough, painstaking and professional. He gave me a really detailed diagnosis/assessment, followed up with a great personal exercise plan. Excellent experience all round!

Will always adopts a very flexible approach enabling you to take the level that suits you at any particular moment in the session.

Will is an excellent physio and got to the central problem very quickly. His treatment and manner were exemplary and his price was surprisingly good. At no point did he clock watch, indeed he took the time to sort me out properly and discuss the various treatment options with no pressure what so ever. I honestly cannot recommend this practitioner enough.

So pleased to have found this pilates class!  Will is a great teacher who explains everything very clearly and gives a lot of thought and time to each person in the room. Highly recommend.
