5*  #1 in Leeds? Joking surely. I had bought in smooth Duck 's Liver you could eat anywhere; smoked haddock the girl next to us at breakfast had a bigger piece was overcooked and served on greasy stir fried onions, leeks and peppers when the menu said green vegetables; covered on bottle bought mustard sauce you get on hot dogs served with overdone roast new potatoes. Desert was vanilla brûlée sans sugar coating., the best thing was the ice cream served with it.  The serving staff were lovely though.

Rooms are shabby ,in need of decorating, the bathrooms are very poor with cracked and dirty tile grout. The bed linen is and quilts are worn and thin. Very disappointed.
