Excellent service. Cant thank you enough for the craftsmanship and customer care I received . I am thrilled with my sofas . Also replaced the trim on another item to match. Highly recommend.

I'll give it one star because he answered the telephone. His advert in Yellow Pages says "Broken Spring - give us a ring". As soon as I mentioned springs he backed off and told me they have to come from China!. I had trouble understanding how he could assess what was needed without examining the sofa. I sensed he didn't want the job and asked if he was at all interested to which he replied "OK mate -I'm not interested" and put the phone down. So much for supporting local businesses. His advert should read "Need Upholstery- Don't ring me". I wouldn't buy a box of matches of this company. TVT
