I have found that only the Head Vet shows how much he cares for your pet. He gets down on his hands & knees to make friends with the animals. Our dog hates the vets & the Head Vet takes that into consideration & makes sure our dog feels safe before treating him.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful . The pets look well cared for and relaxed . I pop in regularly with my toddler grand daughter who loves to see the fish and the bunnies and giggle pigs . They have a rehoming / rescue section , adoption donations are passed on to a to a local dog rescue . So all good stuff .

Really helpful when selecting my fish and advised me what ones to buy after purchase they all bundled together and still are 2 days later, they mixed in very well, and the customer support on the phone is very helpful as of my tempature was to high when I said it was an elite they known about it straight away and helped me get it to the right tempature would HIGHLY RECCOMEND Thanks

Always lovely and friendly staff and the vets are excellent Mia is really comfortable with them I would recommend vets for pets to anyone
