Called late afternoon and arrived within half an hour. Window mechanism needed repairing, Kev did a very quick and tidy job. Very professional and polite. Great advice give too. Would definitely recommend
Kevin is a lifesaver! My 85 year old mother has recently moved into temporary accommodation as she had a burst pipe in her home. She has never lived anywhere with a Yale lock and is used to shutting the door behind her if she pops out for a short while. After 2 days she had managed to lock herself out when saying goodbye to us! We struggled to get anyone to come out as it was Saturday night, until we found Kevin’s number. He came straight away and couldn’t have been more obliging. As well as getting Mum back inside he also cut her two spare keys, which I think she will need to wear round her neck in future! Kevin’s charges were also very reasonable for the excellent service he provided.
Kev & his daughter fixed my door fault quickly. They were friendly and efficient and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
I can't praise Kevin highly enough. Turned up when he said he would, replaced a front door lock for me and eased my porch door lock so that it would click shut without banging it the door had warped. Then he came back and did an internal door. Nice man, knows his stuff, reliable, what more could you want?
Fast, excellent service. I was locked in & Kev & Abbie came over within a few hours & fixed the door! Happy days! Recommended!
