Second time of using Dean at Locks Express - again great service received. We needed 2 new door locks fitted after moving home. We used email contact form to get in touch. Our email was acknowledged and time and date of visit confirmed. Dean arrived when he said he would and provided a friendly service talking through the options available. The work was swiftly carried out and the different keys were colour coded to help identification. We also wanted to think about a garage door lock change - we were given a price and Dean had the replacement on the van - which again he fitted on the spot. We ordered spare keys which needed to be specially cut and these were delivered very quickly. Would definitely recommend Dean at Locks Express.
Dean came out to change our garage door lock and advise on security. The service was fantastic - polite, punctual, good communication, great customer service all at a reasonable price. We would definitely use his services again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

i returned home to find my front door lock had completely jammed & the key wouldn't work. i had no other means of gaining access to the house & called locks express. the phone was answered promptly & a visit organised without delay. i was waiting less than 10 minutes between my phone call & the locksmith arriving & within another 20 minutes or so a new lock had been fitted. i was very grateful for the efficient & friendly service i received on a cold winter night. i would highly recommend the company
I had a problem with a pair of timber framed, glazed double doors. The latch of the three point locking system had stuck and I was unable to open the leading door. I contacted Dean and described the problem. After sending him photos of an identical door, Dean was able to help me identify the type of lock and enable me to source a replacement lock prior to Dean's visit. Dean very carefully levered open the door to release the latch without causing any damage and then installed the replacement lock. Dean was helpful, friendly, professional and did an excellent job. I have no hesitation in recommending Dean.

Great service, quick response and the best price from all.. more then £40 less then the next best quote. I live in a remote rural area and had misplaced my house keys. It was a bank holiday weekend when I called and spoke to Dean. I had called a handful of other locksmiths prior to calling Dean. He already had a handful of calls booked however he messaged me to say he can fit me in this afternoon. He arrived and replaced the locks with exceptional efficiency and professionalism. Quoted me £40 less then anyone else and they accept card payments too. I will use Locks Express again without any hesitation. Great value and service. I’m a very satisfied customer.
