We decided on Pizza Express to celebrate early Valentine's this year. Arrived about 5pm and our table was reserved as requested weeks prior. Staff were friendly, and service was quick. We were allowed more time when needed. Food was hot and of best quality, no errors with order whatsoever and our server was great, we tipped. Ordered an American pizza and their new carbonara, my other half said it was the best they'd had! The desserts chocolate brownie and chocolate fudge cake were really delish Overall the experience at this Pizza Express was enjoyable, busy after about 6pm but pleasant. They offer 30% student discount, that was awesome too!
Fabulous walk down memory lane for the start of our wedding anniversary celebrations. Staff were amazing and looked after us so well. The place is super Amazing and so is the staff. The food was super delicious . Kid-friendliness: The staff was friendly with kids and had nice experience Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
STAFF 10/10 Could not do more for you. Wonderful Margarita, not the pizza, the person. Not a pun, the lady that helped look after my children plus another 8 is actually called Margarita. She is amazing. Happy, Helpful, Fun, Brilliant. Best pizza party ever with the best Chef ever, larger than life. Thank you from Gary and the twins.
Haven't visited here for a long time, but on a day out with our goddaughter, we found ourselves enjoying some very nice pizza. Prices seem to have increased dramatically since our last visit, but where haven't they. Attentive service, friendly and knowledgeable. Probably leading of the chain brigade.Food: 5/5
We checked in a busy half term sunny day due to other places being fully booked. Staff were quick to seat us and we had a lovely table by the window. Service was quick and swift and food arrived in good time and very hot. Salad was fresh and looked prepared on order. A good choice of drinks and menus were full of suggestions and wide range provided. Kids meals include start, main and pudding for an amazing price for what you Get. You certainly get your monies worth. Pizzas are a good size and toping are Fresh. If they could work on anyway, the restaurant it self needs abit of TLC. A few bits of skirting missing, stains on wall etc. Also some food arrived a few minutes before they other dishes l, so could do with holding back until all dishes are ready for services
Friendly staff, great service and great food. Always welcoming and make a meal out with the family more enjoyable. Will be back again soon
This pizza express always serves us great food however, their service recently has turned very sour. Waitresses don’t smile at all, they rolled their eyes at us and really act like they don’t want to be there. We had a table of 4, 2 starts came out then waited 20 mins for the other 2 in which they said they just put it through system incorrectly. Mains came out on time, we were waiting on our chips, after 20 mins we then asked if our chips were coming soon in which our server rolled her eyes and walked away to go sort it. Not impressed
Great lockdown service. Social distancing and cleanliness well maintained. Always a hit for the children and one waitress especially was very friendly and the children absolutely loved her. Can't go wrong with the children's menu of course. But, my pasta bolognese was seasoned with fennel seeds. Innovative, but, I would rather like pasta to be Italian rather than an Indian version despite being Indian. Besides, fennel does not go with meat at all. Overall a good experience.
I had a mushroom pizza. It came burnt all around the edges. The tomato puree was thick on the edges. It did not taste that nice. The menu has changed a lot since I was last there, not as much choice. Not value for money, i would expect a much better dish at a restaurant. I've had better from the supermarket.
