If you have any problems with your phone or you need an upgrade, Jack is absolutely brilliant. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I recommend him to anyone. He can't ever do enough to help.

Words cannot express the relief I felt when manager Carrie, succeeded  in transferring  my info/data acroos from my old A3 Samsung to my new A10.  My A3 had  developed problems, so I called into G C to discuss purchase of a new phone. There is no computer facility at home, so have not become very tech. literate.  I felt concern about the process.  The A10 seemed the obvious choice for my situation. All went well except my memos/notes did not go across.  Wouldn't normally be a disaster except I had 2 books done in 'memos' stored on my A3, so very much potential disaster. Carrie spent a long time trying to transfer the many pages - she did not give up. She finally found a way to have them all transferred. "Thank you Carrie". When home, I managed to lock myself out of Messenger.  I tried to sort it so many times I was blocked. I called in at G C a few days later but Jack had not before seen a similar message saying locked out, as my screen showed and was unable to help, although he did assist in other ways.  I returned to G C yesterday  as Carrie is only there Wed..  She took my A10 and in a matter of minutes I was back on Messenger.  She also went through my list of queries, setting up and amending things I could not. To all who are computer literate this may not seem important. To those who are not tech savvy, go to see Carrie on a Wed. at Get Connected in Leominster. Your stress will fade away as she helps you through the process of buying a mobile phone.

I needed a mobile for my friend very quickly so I went there and bought one. They didn't have an EE SIM card but they did say the phone  is UNLOCKED so can buy any SIM card at the post office next door. I bought a network 3 SIM card and £20 top up. When I inserted it the phone didn't accept it. I went back to EE saying there must be something wrong with the phone. But they say the phone is fine its just a network problems. So I bought an orange SIM and it didn't workwhat a surprise ..came back again and being advised to wait few days for a better network signal! I thought that's it. I was really fed up. When I wanted to return this phone they said the back lid is scratched and they cannot accept it!! I paid £60 for the phone and £20 for top up I couldn't have used plus each SIM costed me £1. They must have profit on every item they sell this is why they lied to me about the phone. What a desperation!!!!

What a friendly and helpful chap. Wouldn’t charge the customer in front of me for a bit of help and advice, and sorted my problem out very quickly. Fantastic service.
