The staff were so helpful and friendly. Due to an over running appointment at the County Hospital I was late for an appointment here but the staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great service, thanks
A lovely hospital, friendly and welcoming and no waiting as someone previous has said this is how all hospitals should be. A learn for the Govt and NHS, bring services back into the local community.

One of your doctors was extremely unprofessional and unkind during a procedure. Nobody should be treated like that while getting medical care.
A well equipped cottage hospital with very friendly & helpful staff, who make plenty of time to answer your questions or enquiries! Parking is "Pay & display" & there has never been an issue with parking problems!
Very helpful,friendly & efficient nothing was too much trouble.. Car Parking £1.50 for 2hrs £2.00 for 3 hrs DISABLED PARKING IS FREE for 3hrs.. 9/10/20..
Lovely staff, 5 minutes waiting time & parking prices are extremely reasonable, all hospitals should be just like that.
Good care every time I've been, which is a fair few. MIU is good quality and not too long of a waiting time.
good care but make sure you get there in the well in the opening hours though otherwise they won't treat you
