Called up and got a dedicated time slot for the next day, which saved alot of waiting around. I had four tyres fitted along with the tracking and adjustment on the wheel bearings. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, kept me updated all the way as the work progressed. Even gave me advise on potential reasons for uneven wear across the tyres under/ over inflation. I felt.the price charged was reasonable and would use again.
Manager lady on reception was fantastic, great attitude and cheered me up on a Friday afternoon. Lads in the workshop all friendly and polite. Will go back for tires and brakes.
Had an mot done, expensive @ £52 the car failed and I had a break down the next day of £800 at least and there was one problem that he may not be able to fix and didn’t know the price, when questioned about the quote, there was things that didn’t need to be done but was in there anyway, I took the car to another garage on the ind est for a second opinion, I had the car back within 2 days I paid £375 and a new mot included, I’m not from this area so I wasn’t aware but it’s definitely going with your gut and not to be ripped off
Booked for an MOT and service at the Aberystwyth branch at the end of December. When I went to collect my car I noticed damage had been done so I pointed this out to the person in charge. The next 4 weeks were spent back and forth with the garage discussing how to resolve the issue. Eventually I was told the garage would replace the damaged part. We are now nearly 2 months on from the date damage was done and still nothing has been done to rectify it.
Top job. Had a puncture on my bugatti veyron and this was the only garage with appropriate tyre size in stock. Had a set of quality kormorans ultra high performance put on and all wheel tracking done all done within 5 minutes. You all deserve at least 30£ an hour pay rise!
Informative....better than going to the Kwik fit hoghwaymen
Clean environment for the technicians to work in is always a sign of happy workers. Communication was evident as well confidence in the technician that worked in my car. Can't think of any reason not to rate this garage with 5 stars thanks to all involved.
Used blackcircles.com to purchase the tyres and Teiars Huw Lewis to fit them. I received no acknowledgement of payment sent or of the booking so was a bit dubious, however the tyres were there on the day and lads were very quick and efficient. Apart from lack of acknowledgement I will be using again.
Had rear tyres replaced. Good service, but when I checked tyre pressures a few days later, the tyres were inflated to 48psi which is ridiculously high.Service: Auto tire replacement
