Started working on my bonneville engine to find the dowel damaged you had a go at removing it. I can't afford your prices I'm sorry about  wasting your time but I paid £220 for examining it and i had not quiver a single note.. But if I damage something I repair  or replace it  for someone I don't just leave it for them to sort out ,  I'm disappointed with you, you have a good reputation I will sort it out myself . But you have better equipment and it would  have been easier for you and friendly. your NEAL
Very poor response regarding an issue with an BSA A10. Asked a workshop employee a question regarding a valve issue. He would not respond saying unless I had purchased parts from SRM. The issue was not to do with parts,it was a camshaft follower position. Will not be purchasing or dealing with SRM in the future. 50 years of history with this company and paid top money
A disappointing experience from a group of engineers poor assembly and lack of cleanliness. Not what I expected from all the hype very disappointed and shocked to say the least. Now restripping a fresh build to check myself. Sorry to say
