Went today for my son who had a sore ear, waited 40 mins and dealt with by a super friendly doctor. Medication prescribed, impressed with the service. Clean and quiet too.

This is the NHS at its best:nI went to the walk in centre on a Sunday morning and found the staff to be patience, friendly, caring, and very efficient.nI was seen promptly by a clinician who was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly; all in less than an hour.nThank you, you are all a credit the profession.
I am away from home and needed urgent medical help so went to Teddington NHS Urgent Treatment Centre and was so grateful for the professional and supportive care I received! The receptionist was really welcoming and friendly and then the medical professional I saw I don't know if she was a Doctor or Nurse as I was in pain and not fully with it was amazing and so kind. Really grateful for her and this place.
On a busy bank holiday weekend I received very good treatment, very good advice and a lot of reassurance within two hours of arriving. The check in was easy. Every member of staff I encountered was warm, patient and kind.
