I had a fantastic experience on a Sunday morning. The nurse needed to check my wounds from minor surgery. She was kind, accommodating, professional and made the whole experience easy and stress free. Really great clinic.

Awful!!! I took my son to the Teddington Clinic Walk In on Monday, right after school, because he had a bruise and swollen finger after his PE period. The lazy nurse at this place squeezed and pulled my son's finger, saw the swelling and the bruise, and only asked to put ice on it. She didn't even ask for an x-ray. I don't like arguments with people who don't do their job properly. I took my son to the emergency room at the hospital, and after the x-ray, they confirmed that my son had a fractured finger. I wasted hours in motion, my son was in little pain because he had been medicated beforehand, but if the work had been done with will and attention, I wouldn’t have spent more hours elsewhere looking for quality service. Terrible experience at this place! I regret not having written down the name of the person who treated him poorly.
I checked in with the urgent care in the morning and was seen, given my prescription and free to go within an hour. Seamless process with polite reception staff and the nurse I saw was lovely and very helpful. Thank you all for the help.
I got amazing service from the nurse team. I have a small surgery but it is difficult to book dressing change with GP. So I came here every 2 or 3 days. All the staff from the nurse team are friendly,professional and efficient. Without them I don’t know what gonna happen with my wounds.
