If I could give them 0 stars I will. I bought a surface go 3 from here and they promised 11 hours screen on time. In actual fact the product only last 4.5 hours during actual usage. I tried to return it they said if it's faulty they'll have to test it. It took two days for them to test it only to find out the person testing it wasn't even a technician, I didn't get a call to pick my machine up. Manager refuse to acknowledge the fact that I have the right to ask for a refund. I have filed complaint and was told this will be an internal issue and I won't be updated on this issue. Have never experienced anything this bad.
Tried to buy some headphones on my lunch break, knew exactly what I wanted. Wandered round the empty store for 15 mins until i found someone to help asked him if he could grab me the headphones and he told me "sorry mate I'm busy at the moment". Just bought them outside the store on my phone. Next day delivery and £40 cheaper, shop around is my advice
Absolutely horrendous customer service. We wanted to return a faulty item but as we purchased online we weren't able to return to the store even though we called the customer service team and they said we could do that. The staff member we spoke to was so rude to his colleague, rude to their customer service team and quite passive aggressive with us. He also told us incorrect information. We then went to ask the manager if this was correct and when we tried to explain the situation he didn't care to know about it. There was no apology for being messed around and the manager took no responsibility for his employee. Don't purchase anything from Manchester Arndale, go to a different store. Never seen such bad customer service.
Mostly same garbage like other curry shops. Braking the law by not accepting returns, extremely lazy staff. There were literally 8darkies jusst talking to each other while I had to wait 5 mins for something to come to the counter and then another 10 minutes to return bloody keyboard. Avoid, it’s real trash.
I bought a tv wall bracket what wasn't the one I ordered they give me the wrong item it was open the manager said it couldn't be returned because of the policy she couldn't even look an me when see was speaking to me very rude an arrogant I went to a different currys they gave me my money back they didn't have the one I wanted why couldn't they do that in the first place never buy from currys again
I went to Currys to buy a replacement computer. I was unsure as to what make or model that I wanted. I was advised by a member of staff, a young lady named Hamra, as to which computer would best suit my needs. She was professional, knowledgeable and helped me to make the right choice. Thank you Hamra! Your help was most appreciated. Kind regards Tom
It maight be alright if you wanna buy a toilet paper you only use once.... Not worth that poor customer service, hassle with not accepting any returns.... Go literaly anywhere else.
Just had a quick look round too see what was on offer,to fi d out when the new Samsung S23 was due
An ok ish selection of goods. Staff are mostly untrained and clueless. The till service is a joke at best.
Rude customer service..the executive who is serving said I am serving another customer and left in the middle. Other executive don't even know what he is doing. No proper demo...just asked to check Google..then what is the point of offline store if I can check and order online?? Won't visit again.
