Visited the shop in Dec 2019. Love displays, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Love the Jasmine & Hibiscus tea! Would love to visit again.

What a great discovery this tea brand is!! It tastes amazing and Mr Ratan Mondal, the gentleman who runs the kiosk at Borough Market, is very knowledgeable about tea. You can see he's very passionate about tea!! I highly recommend this brand!! I will buy more tea when I will run out of what I have already!! Best regards. Luana.

Really friendly staff, a pleasure to visit. Great selection of teas. They sell tea bags and loose tea to take home, as well as hot drinks to take-away. If you buy a hot drink, they will give you a refill of hot water in the same cup. The business supports a school in the Himalayan foot hills.

Contrary to the posting by Jim Carree the shop does exist. It is in Borough Market almost exactly where it is shown on the map. The street reference is slightly misleading. However having found it the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and have a large selection of teas. Well worth the effort of finding it.

I purchased both regular and decaf teas.

Excellent customer service. Very kind and polite. There are a lot of choices. The teas are very good ! Not too expensive.

Very good chai and very good feeling...it is possible to leave a 'suspended tea' to be enjoyed by someone who need it.
