Appalling service. Say that they are going to be with you within the hour and then leave you waiting without a phone call for over two hours. Taxi business is built on service and ensuring that people get from a to b promptly. Unfortunately your joke of a company cannot even get the fundamental USP of a taxi company right: Picking up customers on time!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Use Leek Link that were there in a heartbeat!

I have just been charged £40 to travel 2.3 miles by a this man. He is a thief. I questioned the route he had taken (a 10 mile drive through the country roads, rather than the 2.3 mile direct route) and the driver became aggressive and talking about calling the police. Although he was wrong and they would have called him out, we didn't want to spoil our evening fo the sake of £20. This man is dishonest.
