Very poor experience indeed. Just rang for an initial quote for self assessment tax returns for my wife and I. We live in Abu Dhabi but as landlords we need to fill in tax returns yearly. Something our Wilmslow accountant has done quite easily for many years. Having spoken to the receptionist she went off to find out who could help. She then informed me that it's something they were not interested in taking on as we live overseas and they need to meet us. Absolutely astounding, business must be good to show such disregard for future clients. Advice, don't touch with a barge pole....

TaxAssist in Grantham is excellent. The staff are able to communicate what needs doing in a manner that is easy to understand. They provide a great service and always get the job done when they say they will. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend them
