Lovely area, lakes are beautiful. Lots of new caravans and lodges. Be aware of an airfield next to the lakes. RAF jets flying over for most of the day and they are very loud. Club house and Italian restaurant are big enough but the amusement area and pool is very small. Pool has to be booked on the day in one hour slots. So you won't get to swim every day. Also only 6 changing rooms so we had to wait to change.

Absolutely lovely place We hired a caravan for the weekend and we couldn't fault it at all. The club house was good, they have the football on. At night they play bingo. The food was nice as well. The downside is that we went for the fishing and that was a bit poor. The guy in the caravan next door said that the lake hasn't fished well for quite some time. We caught a couple of fish (see pics). Listen you'll have a wonderful time. We miss it already.

Stayed in a Tribeca caravan with hot tub. Very nice inside and out. Spacious for 2 adults and 3 children. Living area was good with everything you would need. Hot tub just outside was great to jump in whenever you want. The green area just outside is good for younger children to play in. The entertainment was quite a walk for small children. Parking was limited near the facilities. The bar was nice enough and the pool was good but you need to remember to book especially at weekends.

Had a long weekend at this place and loved it. Site is well kept, staff are friendly and helpful. There's loads to do in the way of water sports, wildlife, fishing, club house activities for young and old. The bar is your typical clubhouse bar, but the food is pretty good for a clubhouse. The onsite shop and amenities are really good and the walks around the lakes are really good. As for the Caravans, well looked after, clean and well equipped. Would recommend this little gem to anyone.

I stayed here for a weekend Friday-Monday with my family it was perfect! No facilities were available as it's out of season but that made for a good excuse to go out & about. Tattershall Farm isn't far & that was great, a country park across the road full of trees to explore in (beautiful picnic area for the warmer months) & a lovely country pub just outside the main entrance selling food & a good selection of beers. The caravan was lovely... clean & spacious with all the facilities you need. My only gripe was having to make up 4 beds when we arrived after a 3 hour drive... but hey if that's the only thing you can't complain. There was a hot tub on the decking which all 5 of us loved, just a shame we didn't get to spend more time in it due to the weather. Overall I'd highly recommend a visit, I'd love to come back in the summer to see what the park has to offer.
