Terrible experience dealing with these. My advice-if you can use anyone else -do so!! We sold with Reid and Roberts in 2 weeks - they were great. We bought with NewHomes4u - they were absolutely 5 star! Talk about different ends of the spectrum in service!! After the sellers pulled out on day of signing telling 3 sets of lies to different people (apparently we had pulled out?! Which left us homeless!!) the staff at Tate Rowlands said they were "horrified" and "so sorry" and they wouldn't deal with the sellers again as they had pulled out once before .... 4 months later it pops up on Rightmove that they are selling for them again!

We received excellent customer service from the team at Tate Rowlands, who took the stress out of selling our house. The sale went through smoothly and without any issues due to the support they provided throughout the process.

Everything was perfectly fine with them until completion date - we got keys from their office and apparently - no one checked the house after previous owners left. The house we wanted to buy was looking completely different than the house we went into. Previous owners apparently decided to devastate the house they're leaving which will cost us a fortune to fix now, but neither solicitor nor this agency want to take a blame for it.
