Excellent service from Leanne at Beresford Adams Holywell! Leanne was completely professional and kept regularly in contact throughout the process. The purchase of our new home was incredibly stressful with it taking much longer than expected and the arrival of my new baby in between, but Leanne always made me feel reassured and in the loop! If I could give six stars, I would!
Had great service and communication from the Holywell branch of Beresford Adams when selling my late mother’s house. The advice from the start with the price right up to completion with coordinating with the buyers solicitors was spot on. Great experience from the start. Leeanne mostly dealt with our case, and as fist time buyers, me and my wife both found the experience fairly stressful and confusing. Leeanne made things a lot clearer and simple for us and was always on hand to offer help and advice. Calls where always answered or returned in good time or, if Leeanne wasn’t around, someone else from the team would always be willing and able to help. We where always in regular contact and never left waiting or having to chase up information. The whole experience of buying our first house was made a lot easier with the help and support we received regularly from Leeanne and everyone else at Beresford Adams. We couldn’t ask for more. When we look to buy or sell in the future I would gladly use their services again.
Made an appointment to view an empty property and the agent would meet us there. Over a few days I had two text messages from a short code address that did not accept replies confirming - including one at 07:34 on a Saturday. A further text message on the day asking me to confirm by phone, so I did. On arrival at the property five mins before the appointment, nobody there. Knocked on the door, nothing. Waited for fifteen minutes, nothing. Phoned the office several times, nothing but a message effectively saying "we're too busy to answer" and not accepting messages. Gave up and left. On contacting them later rather than an apology they suggested I'd gone to the wrong property. I can't even process this. Absolutely clueless and completely unacceptable. If you are selling a property you might want to think of other estate agents in the area. By the way, I WAS at the correct property!
