Ordered twice from this place in person. First time a small chicken doner and second time a large one. There was absolutely no difference in the size of the portion. Large portion is a scam.
Asked for large doner then they charged me for mixed shish which is more expensive. Got a large doner with mixed meat in the end. When asked them a question got shouted at. Lying to your customers for 2.5£ and being rude about it is bad business..
Lovely kebabs, always cooked to perfection. This is a family run business, who having been providing the best service, always making customers happy. Will always buy from them only.
Cheap prices, the lamb doner meat was served undercooked. Guy over the counter was rude to foreign customers
Shouting at old people is not classy. Only asked why are you charging me higher price for different dish? Not coming back.
Chips looked like they had been put through stress! Do not order chios!! Kebabs were edible though..
I usually order from this place every other week, the past few times the quality of the food has been hit or miss. Tonight I ordered two kebabs and they turned up completely cold. Called the restaurant to explain this and ask for it to be sorted. The guy on the phone turned very aggressive, he hung up on me at one point so I called back, he refused to resend the meal even though I explained it was cold and still packaged so was happy to return it but he just kept shouting at me that it's not his problem....he also knows I work in the food industry so for me to leave a negative review like this, it was clearly bad because I understand mistakes can happen, but to be spoken to like a child when they are in the wrong, not me is mind blowing...Good luck with your business I don't think it will be around forever if this is how you deal with your mistakes, which seem to happen very often looking at your other reviews
This is the best kebab shop in the area highly recommend all ingredients are fresh so your meal is always super tasty Ngl I put on weight over covid because the food is too good
Amazing food quality, always prepared to the highest standard. The best doner kebab and pizzas in the area. 100% recommend to everyone.
First order I was not given the pot of sauce I ordered and was told it would be given double on next order not good enough but when I ordered from here yesterday and didn't receive the pitta bread I called to ask for it to be sent was given the same excuse will give it next time but as I wasn't happy with that the lady was extremely rude and even put the phone down. I called back and still extremely rude was told to wait 45mins for the bread to be delivered, it never came and have not received an apology. Will never order from here again.
