Two lovely friends gave me two tickets for a gin tasting as a birthday gift, and I booked a date but unfortunately was unable to attend due to illness in my family. I rang to apologise and give them prior notice on the day of the session and was told that it was too late to change to another date but they would try to sell the tickets for me and that there shouldn't be a problem as it was National Gin Day. When I rang to see if the tickets had been sold they said that they had not, and I said I was embarassed as they had been a gift and my friends must be wondering why I hadn't thanked them again and told them all about the evening. I was simply told to buy some more, which at £25 each is beyond my budget at the moment. I have been a resident of Bath for many years and am very proud to live in such a lovely city and often have friends to stay and show them the many attractions that it has to offer. Unfortunately I will not be able to recommend the Tasting Room as I wasn't able to sample the delights on offer despite them receiving £50 from my friends.

Great shop and experience. We went there for a whisky tasking on a Stag weekend. The guys are really friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great time, plus you can browse the shop and puchase your favourites. Really recommend for a chilled but fun experience.

Great selection of wines and spirits. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The various wine and spirit tastings they regularly hold are great. Totally unpretentious but very informative; and of course you get to try lots of really good booze!

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, unassuming and no hard sell but happy to see you get what you are looking for. Absolutely recommended for when searching for gifts or something special.
